The Challenge
Our client sought to streamline and enhance support for employees undertaking critical but infrequent work, aiming to reduce the need for one-on-one coaching while ensuring that critical guidance was available just-in-time to support learners on the job.
The objective was to deliver concise, role-specific learning resources that would provide essential information in a flexible, user-driven format, without overwhelming busy schedules or compromising on clarity.
Our Approach
We partnered closely with Subject Matter Experts to develop a suite of thirty bespoke instructional and explanatory videos. Employing an iterative, collaborative scripting and review process, our team ensured each video was accurate, clear, and precisely tailored to the target audience.
The videos featured engaging visual storytelling, purposeful iconography, animation, and text overlays, all in strict accordance with the client’s branding requirements. A fresh visual style and well-paced voiceover enhanced the user experience, while additional reference guides offered pathways for deeper learning.
Rapid development was essential: all thirty videos were conceived, designed, and delivered within a tight six-week timeframe. To reinforce practical skills, videos demonstrated processes to employees.
Outcomes
The results were resounding. The series achieved an average of 500 views per video among 780 employees demonstrating impressive voluntary engagement.
Survey feedback was overwhelmingly positive: over 95% of respondents agreed that the videos were well-presented, voiceovers were suitable, and the duration was appropriate. Nearly all users reported that the videos clearly helped them understand vital role-specific information and that the topics directly addressed their needs.
